The Process:
Booking:
After reviewing Eric Angelo’s portfolio and package options, fill out the inquiry form with your information and details about the event.ย Eric will then setup a virtual consultation call to discuss your painting’s vision. A 25% non-refundable retainer deposit is required to lock in your booking.
Month of Event:
Eric Angelo will reach out to confirm final details at least 1 month in advance and the remaining 75% installment (plus any travel fees) will be due 2 weeks prior to your event.
Day of Event:
Eric Angelo will arrive several hours before the start of the ceremony or reception to set-up and capture reference photos of your scene for the painting.ย He will paint throughout the event so that guests can watch the painting’s progress while enjoying the party!ย His goal is to finish the painting by the end of your event.ย Before leaving, he will present the painting to the newlyweds.ย If additional touch-ups are still needed after the event ends, Eric will take it back to his studio for some extra attention before scheduling a pickup or delivery.

How long does the painting take?
Paintings generally take between 4-6 hours to finish onsite.ย Depending on size and complexity of the painting, you may be able to take it home with you at the end of the night!ย No matter how long your event is, however, Eric will ensure the artwork is completed before you receive it, even if it means additional studio time.
What medium & materials do you use?
Eric Angelo uses Professional Artist-grade Acrylic paints on linen stretched canvases.ย These highly pigmented and vibrant paints help capture artistic expression while maintaining their brilliance.ย The materials used are archival and museum quality, meaning that your painting will last for generations to come!
Does the artwork come framed?
The acrylic paintings are finished and varnished on a canvas that is ready to immediately hang on your wall when you get home.ย It is up to you if/how you want to frame them.ย It is recommended to not hang the canvas in direct sunlight, as sunlight has a fading effect on colors (over the course of decades).
Are you willing to travel?
Eric Angelo is based in south-eastern Pennsylvania in the tri-state area but is open to travel!ย Please submit an inquiry with your information so we can better assist you.
Are there any additional fees?
Packages include travel within a 3-hour driving radius from Eric Angelo’s studio. Events more than 3 hours away may require coverage for round-trip air travel, 1-2 nights local hotel accommodation, and any transportation costs (ride-share or rental car).
